We are also well into the plot new build development for Brooklyn Ellis. The show house is now complete and on full completion, a further 18 plots will be handed over to the client.
We are undertaking all the first and second fix joinery on this project including the roof trusses and joists, stairs, doors skirts architraves and associated ironmongery and fittings. Another great project to be involved in for a fantastic client.
Getting close to completion…
We are also entering the final few weeks on the conversion of a former office building in the centre of Leicester into a 67 bed Travelodge for nmcn.
The project was for the second fix joinery and included the installation of specialist doors from Italy along with the associated ironmongery. This included oak skirting and architraves.
There were additional factors to take into consideration due to the joinery part of the works being completed during the covid-19 pandemic. This resulted in additional controls and restrictions on site which had to be reflected in all our RAMS.
Our works are anticipated to hand over by the end of Sept so we hope to have some photos of the completed job in our next Newsletter.
