Adam has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years since graduating from university with a degree in business management.
During this period Adam has worked in senior leadership positions for construction business ranging from a medium sized family business turning over £10m+ through to a large PLC construction company with a turnover in excess of £500m.
Adam primary focus and expertise is in the areas of systems and procedures for all aspects of the business ranging from the commercial and finance functions though to site and contracts management procedures.
Whilst gaining experience working for these companies Adam has established a very clear view of what makes a good relationship work between principle contractors their subcontractors and the rest of the supply chain. The crux of this is early engagement and communication from tender stage. This enables positive and constructive relationship to develop with the necessary attention to detail and the actual requirements of the project before the project is even won.
Another key principle Adam is passionate about when dealing with both potential and existing clients is that the underlying values of the organisations align. Without this it is very hard to forge a truly exceptional mutually beneficial relationship. Something that becomes very apparent once a job is live and tricky situations arise that need positive action to resolve.
Adam’s shared vision with the company is to offer all the contractors and clients we work with carpentry and joinery service that enables them to deliver the perfect project.
Away from work Adam is happily married with one daughter. He enjoys playing golf (most of the time!) and follows most sports, mainly football and cricket. He enjoys nothing more than combining these whilst socialising with family and friends.
